Images are required to be supplied in JPG formatting and the printing will reflect the quality of pixels in the picture that is supplied.
Please note that due to "ink" being "food colouring paste / ink" in this usage red is not a brilliant red but more toward a deep red and possibly burnt orange red in some instances reflective of the quality of picture supplied.
Once the image has left the store we take no responsibility for its care - if the customer follows the instructions provided no problems should occur.
Edible Print Care - Quick Notes
1 - Keep face down in cool area
2 - If warm/hot weather put in freezer approx 20 seconds then lift - peel off
3 -Place on cake approx 2 hrs prior if soft icing - if Fondant apply when ready
Complete Notes: Edible Image Decorations
This product is moisture sensitive and made from completely edible ingredients that can be used to decorate many types of food.
The decorations absorb moisture and become soft, melting and blending with food.
STORAGE: Do not refrigerate. Store in a cool dark place and keep image flat until ready for use.
USE: Gently remove image from backing sheet. If it does not come away easily then lightly roll the backing sheet (with image facing up) over the edge of counter top. If you have difficulty removing image from backing paper then place in freezer for up to 1 minute, allow to rest for about 15 seconds then roll on edge of bench top.
APPLYING IMAGE: The image needs moisture to adhere to a product. If the product you are applying image to is dry then spary a slight mist of water, brush simple syrup or add some icing to your product (not image). Do not add moister to the image. Smooth edges with your finger tips.

Edible Prints are printed on sheets of icing. Cake Bitz cannot be responsible for their care, storage and transporation once they leave our store.
As with any food product, the humidity can damage the icing.
