Learn the fundamentals of Cake Decorating with the expert teachers at Cake Bitz. 

Beginners:   This course is designed for the absolute beginner, introducing tools, ingredients and techniques to get you started in the art of Cake Decorating. 

.

Students will work on cupcakes and learn a variety of new skills / many tecniques. .

 

Course runs for approximately 3 hours and course investment of $99 is fully inclusive. .

Morning or afternoon tea is provided from our café.  Students will take home their completed cakes.

Fundamentals of Cake Decorating – Full Day Workshop

 

 

 
 

This course is designed for those who enjoy cake decorating and want to take their skill to the next level.  The workshop starts with the basics of cake preparation and levelling, working with ganache and fondant, covering and decorating your cake and board. 

.

Course Investment of $299 is fully inclusive of all materials, cake, ingredients and use of our tools and equipment.  Lunch is provided from our cafe.  Studens will take home a fully covered and decorated cake.
