Cakes to Order was created by Leisa McInnes, having owned / run a successful Commercial and Retail kitchenware store for 15 years, originally the largest in Queensland. Leisa's attention turned to achieving the best cake decorating store, supplies, staff and training that could be delivered. Realisting there was a unique opportunity in the market space. The business expands the in-store products weekly along with knowledge and reviewing all training in store for staff and customers.

Ranging from Cakes To Order, Cake Bitz, Choc Bitz, Cake Decorating Classes through to all items a cake decorator be it the professional, qualified chef, to the super mum or dad creating the masterpiece at home.

Jacqui Sutton our Head Cake Decorator (pictured below) won first prize for both cakes and also grand champion for the 2nd year running, with the below cakes it comes as no suprise to the team who have the pleasure of her company at Cake Bitz.
