Re: Gold Coast Bride - Info Exchange?
I thought I would make a few recommendations for all the other Gold Coast brides since my big day has come and gone (and it could not have been more perfect)! These forums were such a help for me during the planning.
Location - Starlight Room, Level 78 - Q1 (absolutely the best location EVER, staff were awesome, food was great, cannot get better views, could not be happier with our location. We had both the ceremony and a cocktail reception in the same room, with reset in between. The events team there are outstanding to the point where the banquets manager sent out a waiter to find me a red bull half way through the night!)
Celebrant - Colleen Low (again - fantastic lady, really lovely and willing to tailor everything)
Cake - Cake Bitz at Southport Park (To DIE for, I was so sad when I had to cut it it was so perfect - and it tasted yummo)
Hair - Aleesha Darke - (Could not recommend her work highly enough. Give her a picture and she'll create it!)
Make-up - Sally R - (Again could not recommend her enough. Her attention to detail was outstanding and the result was beautiful - Sally and Aleesha work together so you just need to go to www.sallyr.com.au)
I think that is about all!
